Measureable Benefit
1. Clearly indicate how a record suspension would provide you with a measurable benefit and how it would sustain your rehabilitation in society as a law-abiding citizen?
The reason I’m filing for a record suspension is so that I can pursue my career to the next level and gain new experiences, as well as learn from some of my other successful colleagues located throughout North America. At the current time I have missed opportunities to further my training. Engage in new projects in different environments and scales and management meetings that take place outside of Canada.
I would also like to start volunteering in the community by starting to help with habitat for humanity to bring my skills as a heating ventilation and air conditioning technician to assist in the projects. Along with in the future be able to volunteer at my children’s school and sporting functions.
I’m also pursuing this record suspension for pleasure as I would love to explore other countries for their unique landscapes and their beautiful cities. With my passion

To have this application approved would give me a huge relief knowing that I can travel freely and hold the future in my hands without judgement or excuses on why I missed the opportunities presented to me. As a nineteen year old I did not think of the long term repercussions this charge would have on my life, and as of today, almost ten (10) years later I am still living with the decisions I made that day. I am very remorseful for my actions and I am hoping to finally put the past behind me with my record suspension, close that chapter of my life, and continue building on the one I am currently
