Now days, especially in a college setting (chapter 1) you are placed in classes with all sorts of different races and religions. I now pay attention to race, not because I feel different from others, but simply on the fact that theres a whole world out there as well as all sorts of different types of people. I feel that if we did it in this day and age we would give minorities an unfair advantage over those that aren 't a minorities. I feel that even though the racism problem in america wont stop for a long time, school systems and work fields has gotten better from when this affirmative action was put into place.
Well obviously anyone who is born in the united states is a citizen. To be an american citizen really is a cause to cause bases and is based off of a number of different things. One being the reason you would like to become a citizen and weather its for a job or family or whatever it is needs to be throughly examined and thought through.
I definitely think that people have much too much concerned with other races and how we refer to them. It doesn 't matter what you 're heritage is, doesn 't matter where you were born. If their not bothering or worried about you, you should worry about them, especially if its something that cant ever be changed weather you like it or not.
