From the time I’ve moved to India things have been different. Schools aren’t the same, the attitude regarding education isn’t the same and most students are just set on becoming either an engineer or a doctor because they are unaware of the limitless opportunities that exist in this world. For me University of Michigan’s College of Literature, Sciences, and arts is that opportunity. The University of Michigan’s College of Literature, Sciences, and arts is my opportunity to be able to not only follow my dreams but also to make a difference in the way we think. This college will allow me to explore and learn about the many different aspects of education, whether it be law, business or economics both on-campus and around the world.

The College of Literature, Sciences, and the Arts provides a multitude of opportunities for undergraduate students to travel and study all around the world. The University of Michigan’s College of Literature, Science, and the Arts would support my interests as a person because of its balanced curriculum requirements and its emphasis on global learning. Both of these combined would assist me in my journey to becoming a more knowledgeable individual in a world that constantly changes. The University of Michigan’s global semester exchange program is the initiative that I am extremely interested in. The opportunity to study and live in countries as diverse as Prague and as beautiful as Italy is one that I really look forward to.
