Why I Want To Study America Essay

“I will like America, and I will have fun in the U.S.” I said to my parents when I had decided to America in 2013. I was seventeen years old that year, and I did not study very well in my high school. I even could not go to university in China. So my parents sent me to America. Studying in America is really an important turning point in my life, and I learned a lot in the U.S. I knew that if I can overcome all the difficults, I will have a good result. Before I went to the U.S., I felt very happy and relax. I was very proud of myself because not a lot people can go to America to study. I also bought a lot of new clothes and shoes. I thought that I will have a lot of American friends, and I will have a good time in the U.S. My parents gave me some cash and debit card, and they also said they will buy a car for me when …show more content…
I found out that they were really kind, they would not talk about my accent. I began feeling more confidence. As a result, I made a lot of friends. I felt happy every day because I could go out and have fun with these good friends. I also started finding an apartment by myself, and I decided to live alone. I found an apartment and moved in, and I had to learn how to cook. At the begining, I felt really disappointed because I did not know how to cook. I started learning online. After one month, I could cook very delicious. I also did all the chores, and I practiced English every day. Nowadays, I get a lof of life experiences, and I really enjoy studying in the U.S. I can solve all the problems by myself. I also help other international students finding aparment or sending them to school. I really understand them, and I also try my best to help them. I think I really get a lot of improvements. Sometimes, I will recall my past. I think it is really amazing that I can overcome so many difficults. This really encouraged me to live better and overcome more and more
