Why I Want To Pursue My Ultimate Goals

My ultimate goal is to be in Senior Management for a company and to be able to provide them with the best management and support possible. Senior management leaders have many tasks and objectives which is the reason I hope to achieve a MS in the management field. I feel as if the successful completion of this MS program will give me w wider depth of knowledge needed to pursue my ultimate goal. In the field of safety management is a huge portion of my responsibilities and I feel as if pursuing education is what helps us grow as individuals. There have been many difficulties in life that have postponed goals, but I have always used determination to complete them. Then there are my challenges and they would involve getting complacent at times. Which usually has a direct reflection on grades and course requirements. There are many individuals in my life, including friends that have always supported me in whatever I have decided to do. They also continue to do so on a daily basis. No matter the amount of time that is required to successfully complete a course, I will assure you that sufficient amounts of studying per my learning requirements will be met. In my current residential situation there is an office area that will allow for the proper amount of space and tranquility needed to complete studying. There will be a minimum of 20 hours set aside each week for studying and assignments. It dose not include any additional free time that may arise that I will also devote to studying. This includes the recommended amounts and may also in some cases require more studying as needed.
