Why I Want To Pursue In College

Decent Essays
When I graduated from high school, I was proud of my high school achievements, experiences and excited of what the future had in store for me and my classmates. However, I was still uncertain on what I wanted to pursue in college. After speaking with my parents, high school teachers and, school counselor, I was strongminded to receive higher education. With uncertainty of my pathway, I decided to join a jumpstart program at Miami Dade College for summer of 2016. Pretty much head on I knew what I was up against.
My college academic experience helped discovered my strengths and test my limits. One example of that could be when I took a speech course. When I was younger, public speaking has always seemed like a huge encounter for me to overcome.
