Why I Want To Pursue A Criminology Degree

I have a Criminology degree. I spent three years obtaining this degree, but yet, it has not given me personal or professional peace. Since finishing my degree I have spent time to find my place in the workforce, to find out who I am and what I want from my life. The upsetting realisation was that what I was doing was not it. After this came the months of careful consideration of what I should do next, where should I go and will it fulfil my needs. This is where I came across teaching.
Teaching to me is about watching the younger generations grow; grow into themselves, their personalities and into their community. I wish to help them in the process and create a positive influence on their development by supporting their personal, academic and
