I am with the patients as they get admitted, go through testing, after surgery and recovery, and finally being discharged and sent back to live their lives. Throughout their journey I see fear, pain, exhaustion, and joy in all the stages and do my best to be there for them though all the emotions. I work alongside many healthcare professionals and the most meaningful interactions I see, in my opinion, are between the physician assistants and the patients.
