When I think of people in high official positions or people that I would tend to look up to I don’t want to look at them as a cheater, or a liar. Therefore, I wouldn’t want to see any political member or anyone for that matter that has plagiarized there work to get were they are at. After, reading about John Walsh and how he took word for word from another’s work to obtain a degree and being that he is a Senator, was disappointing. However, in his case it seemed as though it was a stressful time and only happened once, although, it still doesn’t justify, but does show what people will do under pressure or stress. Unlike, Monica Crowley which is far more blatant considering she tends to be a repeat offender of plagiarism. She had plagiarized her work while a student at Columbia University and in her own book. The stealing of people’s hard work is not anything new and has been going on forever, but I do believe it is much easier and more tempting than before. Many people before worked hard for what they earned. This is because there was a time when access to information wasn’t so easy. For instance, if you would have to spend hours in a library obtaining information for a project, essay, or work you wouldn’t want to waste all that hard work and time by taking the chance of getting caught stealing someone’s work. The internet has people using less of their imagination. Before most people spoke and wrote from their mind and their own feelings. Given originality and people were able to know someone through their own work. A fine example of this is, Melania Trump. As she first spoke all the people of America waited for the inspiring words of the first lady but, instead heard the same words previously spoken by Michelle Obama. IPeople were known for their hard earned work, imagination, and good ethics. Now, it seems people use less of their brain considering now all you need to do is type in a single word and have a list of all the meanings in a blink of an eye, so why work for
