I would like to be a part of the Ascend Program. The reason why I would like to join the Ascend program is because I would like to be an AKA (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority) when I go into college. Also, the program may get me prepared for joining the sorority in college and give me great opportunities to meet different types of people in my community. I would like to meet more and other sorority members. Another reason I would like to join the Ascend program is because I believe joining this program would enhance my education such as give me advance skills in math reading, writing social studies and science. I think the Ascend program is a great program to be participated into and will maybe help me get into college or even give me a college-bound
