Why I Want To Go To College

In this past year as well as prior years I knew when the time arised to go to college that it would be a challenge. My parents have instilled in me that everything in life will not simply be handed to me. My mother made sure that I was not fed by the silver spoon and that plastic would do just fine in my time of need. I have volunteered; participated in sports, always put my academics first. I knew that my education would be the real key which would allow me to go to any institution of my choice.
Whenever I get the chance, I have applied for every scholarship, because every little bit helps, even if it only pays for a book. I have volunteered with numerous organizations over the years, the majority of them because the people you meet and the
