Why I Want To Become A Forensic Scientist

Cancer is a variety of diseases characterized by the uncontrollable growth of infected cells in the body. Most people think of it when scary diseases come to mind, due to its low survival rate and prevalence in Western culture. But why are so many people scared of it? Scientific research on cancer so far has shown society the incurability of such a devastating disease. Even individuals without a scientific background are aware of cancer’s tragic effects on individuals despite the scientific advancements made. To be a forensic scientist, one must need to split up work and cooperate with not only fellow scientists but people involved in the crime as well. The ability to debate is also needed, as such scientists need to testify their evidence in court. These necessary qualities of assertiveness and the ability to analyze and form conclusions would be perfect for me. Alongside forensic science, I’d love to be a computer hardware engineer. Although the software of a computer is very interesting to me, I like the non-peripheral components of a computer and how they are able to calculate such complex requests notwithstanding requiring only the most simple of inputs. Being a scientific researcher is truly a privilege, and with this title, scientific researchers everywhere now are bringing society closer to the future with every bit of research they conduct to understand the world around them. As one always striving for knowledge and comprehension of my surroundings and passions, I would like to spend my life as a forensic scientist or hardware engineer because they apply to my interests, and everybody should choose an occupation based off something they’re passionate about so they can look forward to every new
