Everyone loves summer. It’s the perfect time to stay up late and be with friends and family. It’s the perfect time to help my parents in their catering business/ grocery store. Everyone’s summer is filled with fun activities but my parents work long and hard to support our future. I guess when we’re young you don’t realize the things parents do for you. They have always been an inspiration to me. They set high goals for themselves; they dream big, and they aspire to be great people with great jobs. They all want to make their parents proud by getting a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, getting their first job as an aerospace engineer, or finally becoming a doctor after many long and tiresome years. All they want to do is make their family proud and be able to support and raise a family of their own. One cousin of mine didn’t get accepted to the nursing school she was after. I know it’s a big step down but I learned that it’s okay to fall down. She didn’t give up and she strives to become a nurse eventually. I learned that it’s okay to fail it’s just important to never give up.
The youth and the church in general is something my parents raised and pushed me towards ever since I was young. The youth group in my community was something that made me a better person overall. The youth helped me get closer to my faith and closer towards others. I grew up with the people in the youth. I’ve created a bond with people whom I’ve known for years. The youth group lets me be able to provide qualities of leadership and hard work. The youth gives me a chance to show how well I work with others to contribute effectively. The youth guides me to be a better person every single
