Prioritizing
While this may be frustrating to hear, that woman you so admire is not likely thinking about being organized at all. She's prioritizing tasks and as a result, her life becomes organized. You're always busy and don't have time to sit down and prioritize tasks. That's the road you're on right now, and to become organized, you're going to have to sit down and figure out how you want to spend your time. The twenty minutes you save every day can be a big help on a weekly basis.
Downsizing
Organized people don't have clutter because they make sure it's under control. Instead of having a closet stuffed with clothes they'll never wear, they make time each season to clear out items they won't wear. They don't need to spend two days cleaning and purging their closets because most likely they've already tossed a piece of clothing that doesn't work for them.
If you have seven purses in your closet that you'll never use, it's time to toss them out or donate them. They clutter the space so you can't find the items you really need. You're wasting time by keeping them around.
