I have been blessed by working for some amazing companies in the past. What made them great was that it was like a family. Workers became friends and would support each other in and outside of work. I am looking for that again. Work takes up so much of our lives and we should be able to love our job, along with the people we work with or our quality of life could suffer. I have talked to others and have the sense that Alyeska has that same feel. That is why I am not just looking for an internship with Alyeska but an internship that will lead to employment after I graduate as well.
