Why I Want To Be An Honors Program

I want to be in the Murray State Honors Program because it offers a track that challenges college students' minds. Many Honors Colleges just offer another level of classes, but the Murray Honors College requires students to study abroad and expand his or her horizons in order to be a well-rounded student.

The best place way for me to continue on the path of honors and AP classes is to do so in college. I want to strive for success and make sure my entire college experience is the most it could absolutely be.

The Honors Program will also prepare me for the experience of writing a thesis and being in graduate school. As I'm going to be a teacher, I will have to go back to school to acquire my Master's degree. Taking Honors classes instead
