Medical assisting, its not just professional and certified individuals doing their job. Medical assistants want to help people feel better about themselves and help patients understand that having good health should be their number one concern. Being a medical assistant means you should have integrity and be honest. It means you should make patients a priority, and have great communication skills. You have to be someone a patient can trust and open up to. I have always had a passion to work in the Medical field. Being a medical assistant is something i can be proud of because i will be able to help patients in any way possible. I decided to have my career in the medical industry when i was in high school. I remember i was with a group of people and we were all talking about what we wanted to do in the future, and i had my answer right away, for as long as i could remember i always had a desire to help people and be someone that can make a difference no matter how big or small it might be.
