Why I Want To Be A College Admission Essay

A college education is something that I have dreamed of from a very young age. A college education means more than just going to college; it opens the doors to opportunities that I never thought I would be able to have. This experience would offer me a contingency to expand my horizons, further my education, and confidently make positive, lasting changes on a global scale. When my twin sister and I were about 5 months old, we lost our mother unexpectedly due to a sudden heart attack. Fortunately, my sister and I had guardians and many other family members that stepped in our lives without reservation to support us and motivate us as we grew older. Later in life, we lost one of our guardians, unfortunately due to health problems as well. While these moments in my life were difficult for me, I now realize that the many desires and aspirations our loved ones had for us would never fade away. Pursuing a career in the healthcare field means to give back in more ways than one. I have always wanted to discover ways I could contribute to the improvement of healthcare around the world.
