I believe the quality of education I would receive in Georgetown University will be outstanding because of its diverse academic course offering such as interdisciplinary classes like Race, Law and Literature. Connecting literature to life outside school is important as it exposes me to different cultures, experiences and point of views that will make me a well- rounded person. I’m interested in studying English, and being in the capital with its rich history and with resources like the Smithsonian museum and the Library of Congress just minutes away from campus excites and motivates me to learn and take advantage of these sources. Accessible location in the capital will also lead me to numerous great internship opportunities that will help
