Why I Use My Error Log

I believe my writing started off from a really strong base because my high school English teachers held rather high expectations like you do. However, after writing a few papers for you, I have noticed that I never really paid any attention to my works cited and just slapped on some citation that a website gave me. My writing was good, but I never bothered to learn why I did things, I just knew that things were supposed to be done that way. I haven’t learned everything, of course, but you have managed to teach me many reasons why things are the way they are. Another realization that I came across while correcting my papers is that I didn’t have many types of errors; however, I would have a number of maybe three different errors. It should really be written like “I like dogs.” I did this on multiple occasions throughout my first and second papers. But the error logs really helped me see what errors I was making and how to fix them. On top of that, I could easily refer back to my error log when I had made the same mistake more than once. I made error logs for all three of my papers for my portfolio just so that I go back to them. The error logs were quite easy to make because you listed the page in Hacker that corresponded with the error I made. Another way that helped me correct my papers for the final draft was going through and highlighting the corrections on my original paper you had written after I had fixed them on the new paper. This helped me see what I had corrected and what I had not done yet. After I had corrected a full page of the original paper, I would write a C with the highlighter at the bottom of the
