Whether it is in a fun physics based game where you can make whatever you want, or a survival game where I have to manage everything carefully; I will always go to games for stress relief. One of the benefits of gaming is that when you play online with other people you are more likely to become friends with more people and form lifelong friendships. The first game I ever really wanted to play was a game called Minecraft. The reason I found it was because of a YouTube video I watched of a guy playing it. Within minutes I was hooked on the game and wanted it badly. I went to the games website to look up how much it was. When I saw it was only 15 dollars at the time I rushed to my mom and asked her to buy it for me. After some convincing my mom agreed to buy it. When I got it the game was in its early alpha stage so it was basic and simplistic. I kept playing the game over the years. The game went from alpha to beta. Then the game went from beta to its full release.
A lot of time passed between my first computer game and now. I have bought around 100 + games since the beginning. Gaming changed my life completely. I have friends all over the world that I talk to and play games with. Overall gaming is my most favorite thing to do and I don’t see that changing one …show more content…
When I was younger I loved jumping off of swings as high as I could. One day I jumped off the swing and the sleeve of my shirt got caught on the chain of the swing. I got pulled back to the swing and lost my balance in the air and fell down. When I reached the ground I held my right arm out and it took the full force of the fall. I looked at my arm to see that either the radius or ulna bone in my arm was broken completely.
The school called my dad and he came as quick as he could and took me to the hospital. Once I was there the nurse needed to give me a shot to make me sleep so they could set my bone back into place. The nurse kept missing my vein at least 15 times causing me to scream at the top of my lungs. After she finished giving me the shot I was sent to a room with doctors. The last thing I remember after that was doctors leaning over me. When I woke back up I had a cast on my arm and my mom and dad where sitting beside me in a room in the hospital. After going back to school with my cast on my arm all of my friends wanted to sign it. Even people I just met wanted to sign my cast. I was relieved when I got the cast removed. After that experience I stopped jumping off of
