Why I Move To Arizona-Personal Narrative

A couple years ago when I was in 1st grade I started at a new school in Pasadena, California. The school was called Garvanza elementary. Even after we kept telling her that we didn't want to leave she made us pack everything and put it in the truck. We packed everything and left for Arizona which was about a 4 hour drive. Later, when we were settled my mother made me start at a school called south point. I spent the rest of that year at that school then moved again, but to an apartment. I had to start at a new school again called John R Davis. It was kind of fun because I made new friends and I was at that school from 2nd to 5th grade. Then we moved to a house again and I …show more content…
They found out that he was lying, so they suspended him and apologized to me. They took the suspension off of my permanent record. My friend helped me get along with most of the kids in my class and when the kids tried to bother me he defended me. He also helped me stay out of trouble. We were friends until he moved schools, but I still had friends to talk to and have fun with. It's fine cause we still keep in touch and I see him in person once and a while.

The next school year, which was 8th grade was kind of difficult. We had new teachers, we had 2 new periods, and a new special class which was for the new iPads we got. Time past and we started to get bored in the iPad class. Even though I didn't like this school, it was still nice coming here for three years. Unless I flunk then it will be 4, but my point is that this is a pretty nice school and I don't really regret coming

Two thousand five hundred eighty-seven. I could take an eight-hour flight or a casual thirty-seven-hour drive, but no matter what, I am still two thousand five hundred eighty-seven miles away from my home in New Haven, Connecticut. Being a college freshman, trying to juggle class, homework, projects, studying, sleeping, eating, and athletics; finding the travel time to go home is an almost impossible task. Add in the cost of the $600 flights round trip and there is no chance a student can go visit home when they feel a little homesick.
