I play sports because I think their fun and it’s my favorite thing to do. I play baseball, golf and I wrestle. But Baseball is by far my favorite sports in the world I started playing baseball at a very young age because I remember watching my dad play baseball and both of my uncles played baseball and they were all really good at it and I started playing it and i’ve playing it since I was about 5. Baseball has been my best sport for as long as I could remember I don't know, I think it's just because it's where I feel most comfortable. This is one example of why I love baseball so much.

But recently I have lost interest in the sport. Don’t get me wrong I still really like baseball it’s just that I don’t like playing it as a school sport. The reason is because it has become all about winning. Another reason is its super stressful especially as a pitcher. For example last year our final game against Hastings for the season I was closing and we were winning 7-2 and it came to the last inning and I was pitching really well. So here I am on the mound sweating and working my butt off and no one can make a play. The next play was crucial with bases juiced and only 1 out and Hastings is only down by one run. Their batter smokes one at our shortstop and finally he makes a play and we turn a double play and win the game but it still was such a stressful moment because the game was pretty much in my hands and I would've lost it for

Why were black people segregated from baseball? Today many of the legends and greats we think of were African Americans, and it’s crazy to think they were excluded from the MLB just sixty years ago.
