By now some of you already know that I’ve been working out for and today marks the 3rd month, but what some of you don’t know is that I don’t have a trainer, I go by my own pace while doing this in our garage, using only 2 DB’s that range from 5-52.5lbs and a Bowflex Cable Pulley Station. I’m no expert which means I won’t be going in depth, but that doesn’t mean I can’t share the steps I took to get where I am now. Also, I told Sandra that I was going to post some sort of motivational thing.

So for the next two days you double your sets as a way of preparing for the worst when Monday comes. You already know it’s going to end up being awkward, so you plan on leaving earlier than usual. Your body is sore, but you feel better.
