Why I Chose Animal Science

My entire life I have known I wanted to pursue a career in the field of Animal Sciences or something relatively similar. In the last few months of my senior year I decided to attend the University of Purdue in the fall of 2016 and major in Animal Sciences. I have considered Veterinary Sciences in addition to Animal Sciences as well. I plan to attend college for a minimum of four years and to graduate with flying colors. Once I graduate college, my dream is to move to Florida or South Carolina and work with animals in sanctuaries or reserves. Animals have always been a constant in my life and they have taught me so many life lessons in addition to making me happy, it only makes sense to continue to base my life around them in the future as
