I still remember when I played with my younger brother and sister a game called, “escuelita” (little school). I always told them that I wanted to be the teacher. As I was learning more in my elementary school years, what it was a great game for me, began to turn into a goal for my life. I think in some way I always wanted to be a teacher, I remember how I liked helping my younger brothers and sister with their homework and review with them their lessons so they could have good grades. As I was growing I was very patient to listen to my classmates and give them some kind of advice (academically and personal). When my teacher used to pick me to be their helper, I always enjoyed it, helping others students was always fun and satisfactory for me.
I still remember very well my 6th grade teacher, Lupita (in Mexico); this teacher impacted me so much not only by her angelical face and temperance, but because through her teaching she made me be more interesting in this beautiful profession. She left a great impression on my life as he showed, I saw how she dedicated she was to her students, she was patience and mostly she was always open to listen to their students, this made a big effect in the lives of their students like mine. There were many excellent teachers throughout my primary and secondary education (in Mexico); a few were not that good.
