Pharmacist Failure

Once you make a mistake it’s often difficult to accept your wrong doings. In my past twelve years of school life, I have gone off course countless times. Failure is part an experience that comes with being a student and these experiences of going off course has shaped my choices and views in different ways. Since I was young being a pharmacist has been my dream. I grow up watching my aunt dream of being a pharmacist came true, she loved and enjoyed going to work. Her achievements inspired me to be just like her, to go to work not just because I have to make money, but also to enjoy working with people who has the same passion as me. Because of her for the past four years of high school career, I had my mind set on becoming a pharmacist. Since I started college, I began question myself if being a pharmacist is really what I want. I wasn’t sure about anything I was doing. The only thing I was certain about was that I definitely want to be in the medical filed, but I wasn’t so sure if I want to take the pharmacy path. While trying to solve the question of what I really want began consuming my time. I know I have two years to declare my major but I didn’t want to waste any of my time, I wanted to know exactly what I want to …show more content…
I focused on strategies on how to study, I asked my professor and other students how they study effectively. I also went back to reread chapter two of “on course” book to learn more about taking responsibilities and making wise choices. The book inspired me to focus on both my classes and my process of choosing a new major, as well as balancing both at the same time. By the time my second exam came I was prepared and ready. My efforts paid off very good, even though it wasn’t the score I wanted, I improved more than I expected! And the encouraging feedback from my professor motivated me to want to improve more in my next
