Firstly, nurses in Australia were aware that they are going to encounter different behaviour of clients and the diversity of cul-ture of people as well. Nurses in my country only knows to adapt to different religious norms and beliefs and need more to emphasise the differences of other cultures. Challenges that I will be facing in Australia as a registered nurse would be the difference in practices because, in the Philippines we have different standards for nursing interventions.
