It all started back when a representative came to talk to us in class. Everything that guy said sounded perfect to me. He made it seem like that was the school for me. What he said was what I wanted, but I soon found out thats not what the school offered. The tour was what changed it all. The first problem was my first impression. The school consisted of one big warehouse looking building. It just didn’t have that “school feeling.” Plus it was a mass tour. Everybody that the representatives have recruited were up there that weekend, and it was all set up and staged. They showed us what we wanted to see. There were no students, and if there were, there very little. The tour was given by the representatives. Curriculum wise, it seemed very poor. “Record timing 1.5 years and you’re done!” was what everybody said there. That may be true, but the amount of learning you do in that time is totally different. Even if they were to teach a lot, there isn’t near enough time to actually be able to understand it. Another factor was price. $40,000+ for tuition costs only for that small amount of time I would be there. On top of that, the school would not be paying for any of my ASE certifications. The money was not worth it for me, and I didnt get that
