Here are some reasons Trump won the election; By being in the Republican party, Trump had very isolated, vulnerable, and biased voters. He was very set on that group of people, and it so happened that there were many of those people in this country (bible belt ). Trump spoke very much about immigration, stolen jobs, and terrorism. He said many offensive, racist, sexist and directed things towards very specific groups of people. When he stated that he was going to build a wall, that was towards Mexican people. When he stated that he was going to “Secure our borders” and not let in Syrian refugees, that was towards Muslim people. And when he said “ I will make America great again” he meant he was going to make America white again. In the end, he won the electoral vote and started going into action.
