There are total estimated amounts of 78 million dogs in the US. Each month approximate of 56 % is taken out for a ride, and only 15% pets wear a seat belt on a vehicle. Which results in many and pets people riding the car with them to risk their lives. I think that all of the dogs in cars should be restrained with seatbelts. This action can save many dogs lives and many people in the car with them.
