First, some of the employees could be allergic to the dogs and or scared of them. With the employees that allergies to pets, you wouldn't want them to be sneezing or anything at work it wouldn't be right to them. They are their to work and they don't want to be at a work place having an allergic reaction to your dog. It's not their fault that they are allergic to dogs. Bringing a dog in a work place can be ver unsanitary because you never know if the dog owner washes his/her dog on a regular basis. The dog can be stinky and be scratching all day. Their dog can have flees or any type of insect on them. Would you want a dog at your work place that is dirt because I know that I wouldn't. I wouldn't want to go home to worry about if I have flees or not. Also you never know if your co-worker's dog is potty trained. If the employee's dog isn't potty trained then you will be smelling pee and poop all day long. You will have to worry about stepping in poop and then have poop on your shoes for the rest of the day or at least until your break so you can go home and change your shoes. In conclusion, sanitary work places are always the best places to work at. People aren't going to want to work in a unsanitary work …show more content…

Now everytime an employee goes on break that will take away their work time and the less an employee works the less they get paid. Would you want to get paid less than what you get paid now? I know in my personal opinion I wouldn't want to go to work knowing that I am not getting paid as much as I am suppose to. Also, their dog can be a distraction to them or to the other workers. Someone's dog can bark at anything such as the littlest noise they hear, the dog could cry for attention and the dog would bite/ nip another worker. Everytime a dog whines or barks at a person or even a noise that will distract the other worker and that will affect the employees work. No employee wants to worry about being bit/ nipped by someone elses dog, even if it's just playful. That is a distraction to them. In conclusion, more breaks means less work and no one wants to be distracted while they are trying to
