Why Does Death Such An Removed Subject?

Why is death such an avoided subject? How is it defined? Why do we fear such an event as if we've experience it once before? According to Merrian Webster’s dictionary, death is defined as the permanent cessation of all vital functions; the end of life as we know it. Scary as this sounds, it is reality, this is something we need to accept and not awfulize it. Death is not an easy subject for people, we all deal with the thought of death in our own way. Some of us cope with it and face reality, some ponder the thought of death wondering what its like, and others live fearing death like a dark cloud hanging over them. Whatever the case may be, we are going to address it later on. The fact is, we are born, we live our life, we die, and then a new generation takes over. Realistically, if one is not suddenly struck down from whatever means, and lives a aging life, it is entirely possible we may find ourselves facing death throughout life consciously. The process of aging and dying is terrifying for some sentient beings. For a fact, some humans awfulize death to the point they get anxiety, from dwelling on the thought of death. Though dwelling on the thought of death is pointless because it is obstructing us from living our life to the fullest. Also, how we deal with death not only affects us, but it affects the people around us as well. Just know, it is irrational to fear something that we will never feel nor we will ever
