I get where you're coming from. I think that abortion is a serious matter. I understand that abortion is murder.I also understand that when abortion is made illegal it does not decrease its demand. Women WILL still get abortions and for a variety of reasons. They will just have to do so in unsafe conditions. I believe that abortion should be legal because that is the only way to regulate it safely. I believe that women should be allowed to decide what to do with their bodies. I believe that women should be allowed to terminate pregnancy if they are raped, if they are not ready, if it is them or the baby. I believe that abortion should be legal. So yes, I think in this case, safe murder is better than dangerous murder. I also think that safe

Don Marquis’ argument is for the impermissibility of abortion as it is based on the idea that abortion is held to the same regard as “killing an adult human being” due to the fetus having a “future like ours”. Marquis starts off by questioning what makes killing any human being morally wrong? Then, Marquis claims that it is not the “effect on the murderer” or the “effect on the victim’s friends and relatives”, but rather the effect on the victim. He asserts the idea that the “loss of one’s life” is “one of the greatest losses one can suffer” and that the “loss of one’s life deprives one of all the experiences, activities, projects, and enjoyments which would otherwise have constituted one’s future”. This means that by being alive and having…

Abortion is a debatable topic for women that don 't know if they are able to take care of their child. Women want to abort either because they’re not ready, they don’t want a child to take care of, economic struggles, or because the father don’t want to take charge. By 1973 it was legal to have a choice in abortion because Roe Wade declared that it was the women 's choice in what they desire. A woman can abort a child whether it 's surgical or by taking medications from the beginning of their pregnancy. In 2005 a law called "the partial-birth abortion" was passed saying that you couldn 't get an abortion if you are 21 weeks or later with your pregnancy.…
