One reason why is that many students have different religions, and they have different beliefs.Some students might be Jewish or Muslim and practice different beliefs. Imagine how hard and uncomfortable it would be for these students. “Even the most basic type of prayer is offensive to those who don’t want to pray. And meanwhile, some common prayers might be rejected by devout Christians as weak tea” (Tribune News Service).If students don't want to practice a basic type of religion or any other religion other than theirs they should have the choice to practice their one. Many parents wouldn't like this idea. There should be a religion class but each person should get to pick their religion and practice it.Finally, students should focus more on reading and writing and keep the different types of religon in the social studies
