Why Do You Think Marijuana Should Not Be Legalized

Do you you think marijuana should or should not be legalized. Why some people think that marijuana is dangerous? What is marijuana? When did marijuana become such a big issue? Who was the first person to say they wanted marijuana legal? There are a lot of questions that are hard to answer. Some people just want it for trivial reasons.Marijuana should not be legalized, because people may abuse the drug, it´s extremely addictive for some people, marijuana bad for your mental and physical health, marijuana is also decimating people´s lives. The first reason why legalizing marijuana is not a great idea is because they probability of children using marijuana or other drugs will raise. Other drugs are prohibited to children under 18-21, depending on the drug, for example alcohol and cigarettes. Children don´t possess the responsibility, reasoning, or judgement that adults have. secondly children don´t possess a strong enough body to handle the intake of the substances. First of all marijuana is bad for your heart, it raises the heart rate from 20 to 100 percent for about three hours, for I remind you that it isn´t good to have your heart rate up to 100 percent.Secondly When your heart rate goes up increase the risk of getting health problems, heart palpitations, and a risk of a heart attack. Also the effects marijuana has on the cardiovascular system is a high-risk activity for seniors and others who cardiac conditions.And last but not least, another reason marijuana should not be legalized is because there is a possibility that you could die from a heart attack if not treated
