Death anxiety is useful to the woman above, because it can cause her to finally take charge of her own destiny. Death anxiety would cause her to see that wherever she is in life she can enjoy more, do more, and that her life deserves more focus. In order to use the anxiety of death and regret she should embrace her death. Embracing her death would lead her to pursue her greatness. Subsequently making her put more commitment into her life and relationships. She would not experience regret but a life of passion that led her to challenger her world. No more living an everyday life, a distracted life. No more allowing her dreams and her life to collect dust.
