Why Do Unleashed Dogs Cause Public Nuisance

There are many dogs roaming around in the streets. Most dogs are owned and have a family to live in; however, there are still some that are homeless and are not leashed. Unleashed dogs are a dangerous nuisance because people that have children or other animals get attacked by the unleashed dogs, they cause public nuisance, and they provoke fights with other dogs or animals.. Many people have unleashed dogs because they want to have the house guarded through the day, or the night. Some dogs just roam around the neighborhood and scare people or little kids half to death because the dogs chase after them. It is not safe to have dogs roaming around in the street because you do not know when it can attack and cause serious damage. People do not realize the problems and accidents that unleashed dogs cause to the people. Sure some unleashed dogs get agressive to protect their owners from people or animals that are unrecognized. However, even though they try to protect their owners, they can still attack civilians that are just walking around the neighborhood. Some dogs do not attack things smaller things.
