Why Do Some Society Make Wrong Decisions

all have made mistakes or done something wrong in our entire life. We remember the mistakes and take it in mind in order to not to retake the same mistake. However, we usually forget some small mistakes that we have taken, as the time goes by, the small mistake becomes a big mistake which could influence ourselves critically. Jared Diamond, the author of “Why Do Some Society Make Disastrous Decisions?”, talk about why people are making wrong decision. He listed 4 reasons and a lot of examples to illustrate it. He inspired us to think about ourselves why we keep making mistake and fail to solve it. Even though we are making small mistakes, Diamond’s concepts could help us to minimize the influence and help us to better understand how not to make mistake. Late always a problem for me in my daily life. Since elementary school, late problem has occurred and I always think this problem isn’t a big mistake. I wake up late, I go to class late or hand in assignment late. However, in my high school graduation day, my mistake changed my perspective. I went late to the graduation, it was about 1hours late. Anticipate a problem is a good step to prepare for the future, the problem may much easier to solve it when we anticipate it. Also, we have to keep the mistake in mind, when the problem come out the second time, we should be aware of it and solve it like the pervious problem. Moreover, there are many ways to solve a problem, we should not give up until the problem is solved. Finally, even someone is trying to solve the problem, we should think by ourselves in different way, to solve the problem in different way.
