Most scientist would believe that the main cause of the climate change is the rise in the greenhouse effect. The Greenhouse effect is the process of which radiation from the planet’s atmosphere warms the earth’s surface above what it would be without the atmosphere. Certain gases in the atmosphere block heat from escaping. Gases that influence the greenhouse effect is water vapor, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, and methane.
