This essay has agreed to the main statement because of the many scenes in Romeo and Juliet that obviously contain the silliness and immaturity of teenagers who lack common sense. Romeo and Juliet is a play written by William Shakespeare about two young star-crossed lovers whose fate is to fulfil each other’s love. The main arguments that will be used in this essay will be divided in to three individual paragraphs that are about Romeo and Juliet as teenagers, the concept of common sense and the danger of love.
Teenagers are well known for their overly dramatic and constantly fickle attitudes to events within their lives; Romeo and Juliet are no exceptions. Events within the film are driven by the rash behaviour of the teenage couple. First example of this appears early in the film, Romeo wanted to marry Roselyn but soon after he attends the party held by the two opposing houses, he saw Juliet on the other side of the aquarium which immediately changed who he desires to marry.
