The banks have policies in which YOU sign off for not described into unless you read in depth many pages. For example, I was having security problems in my bank account and was told to transfer all of my money out of the bank account. Then was charged a fee for not having the minimum in the account. Luckily I was a student so they compensated me. How does this work for other Americans which are not students and live paycheck to paycheck? They get used? Also the system of how a bank works is rigged, they take YOUR money and loan in out (Fractional Reserve lending). Most banks only keep 10% of cash on hand so if you want your money, it is gone. Then charge you to keep your money in the bank. The service of charging someone money only uses people and serves no better purpose. Of course, you could reason the bank is giving a service and you are receiving a service. Come on though we shouldn't be charged hard earned cash to help them earn money.
