Why Do People Use Texting While Walking?

In London England people put padding on lampposts to descend on the number of injuries caused by cell phone use while walking. A law banning texting while walking is acquired because texting while walking can lead to serious injuries. Our brains can’t focus on our phones and the surrounding environment. Texting and walking are four times more likely to do something precarious. Using a phone has become increasingly common; and lead to serious accidents. According to www.npr.org people look down at their phones while crossing the street and they can get hit by inebriated drivers.
