Some people say one time won't hurt, but one time can and will hurt. If you drink alcohol or smoke one time it can lead to you doing it more than that one time you did it. A lot of people do things like this because they like how it makes them feel or they are addicted to it. Some people smoke because it relieves stress and make them feel better. This is one of the reasons people smoke. Smoking does not exactly relieve stress but it is because one nicotine. NIcotine causes your heart rate and blood press work harder. It relaxes you because it take out the thing that are uncomfortable. Smoking is not good for you and you waste a lot of money. The average amount of people money spend in a year on cigarettes is $1,176 to $7,224. That
