Soda is horrible for anybody's teeth and mouth. Drinking soda regularly causes plaque to build up on the teeth and can also lead to cavities and gum disease and other harmfull mouth problems. Researchers have also found out that more than 40,000 men and women that have been monitored and studied for 2 years who had drunk soda each day of the 2 years meaning drinking soda for 735 days and 735 sodas a day by doing that the results had showed that they risked the chance by a lot of having a heart attack or diabetes then they were before but even though soda is extremely dangerous and can kill if you drink to much a day. soda actually has a healthy and helpful side.when soda was first made people never used it this way as much but 10 years later people used the original soda (sprite )to make them feel better when they had the stomach flu but the key of doing that was to sip on it
