Obesity refers to when a person becomes over weight. However, obesity is one of the factors that leads to the increase of the Australian death rate every year. According to a 2005 WHO study about 20% of Australia’s population suffers from obesity and which is expected to rise to 29% in 2010. There are many different causes of obesity, but the main question is, “Do obese people have themselves to blame”? There are many reasons that could back up this question. Obese people can do something about their situation but some of them like to stay like that. Most obese people are lazy. This means they do not have the time or energy to do fitness exercise. Most people who 'workout' play sport or exercise on a regular basis are normally fit. But for others it is hard for them to focus on what they eat, their daily exercise and to keep their job, it’s difficult for some people and since they focus on the most important one their job they fall behind on themselves, their body, on what they eat. For many other people who have 'doing' jobs that also helps them with staying fit for example, a builder, a flight attendant, a carpter, a tradie.
