Less workers earning have changed due to the fact that they lack the skills or they don’t meet the requirements for a particular job. Not having a high school diploma or better can decrease an individual chance of receiving a high paying job. Being less-educated can disqualify one from receiving many opportunities that could be beneficial in their life. Not meeting the requirements, not being skilled and not being educated can keep one in a poverty position due to the lack of training in their life. Also, being less educated can keep one into situation that aren’t beneficial to their growth. Like in the case of a young man that is following the wrong crowd and is always in trouble. This mindset continues have played a major role in why he keeps becoming incarcerated. Most times, when an individual become educated then that individual will eventually changes and grow into a better person. Men that are less educated aren’t seeking to be employed and aren’t looking into working. These men aren’t working due to the earn wages they’ll receive while working on the job.
