Katniss and Peeta fall in love with each other throughout the games. The rule change of having two tributes from the same district is able to bring them together. They survive together, accompany each other, and protect each other. Even though there are parts when Katniss says and does certain things from the camera she truly loves Peeta and this love is shown when he saves her life, she doesn’t want to lose him, and she took on more work forming an alliance with him.
