The high school years of every student’s life is vital to paving a successful future for themselves. It is in these years one must obtain a vague idea of where they want to go in life, what they want to do, and to what standard do they want to live by. All of these factors are affected by one’s environment in their youth; a child’s home-life and school-life that creates their mentality for their future. In order to achieve my goal of becoming a healthcare administrator, attending The University of Texas at Dallas and obtaining a Bachelor 's in Healthcare Administration would greatly increase my chances of obtaining that goal.

Since healthcare is continuously changing, one must be quick to adapt to the differences and learn the new regulations and enforce them properly (Mallegg and Palmisano 148-151). One advantage of becoming a healthcare admin is that there are multiple different fields one can enter with the same amount education and degree. Nursing home administrators, clinical managers, health information managers,and assistant administrators are all subdivisions of medical and healthcare managers. With a career like this, stress is a given factor, so one must be able to know how to manage it properly. There are various beneficial companies for employment. Texas Health Resources is ranked sixty-nine out of the one hundred top healthcare companies to work for. It is close-by and is said to have great employee care (Lorenzetti N.P.). Stress can take a great toll on people when not relieved, but the self satisfaction of creating an enhanced environment for the public and those in need makes it all worth
