FALLING FOR THE WRONG PERSON AT THE PERFECT TIME

I have once fallen so hard in the relationship, in the short time of 9 months I fell in love with everything he did and said to me. We were so young, adventurous and did all the crazy things together. It was like the best relationship I ever had, we even got to the point that we introduce to our family. However, as I thought our love as strong as others, the long distance had ruined it. He went to overseas for school and stop contact me. It was the worst day ever when he broke up with me. I always thought that I met the right one, but ever since I always question or doubt myself in the relationship. “Why do I always falling for the wrong guy?”, “I should have known this will happen!”

Also, what makes you think that the guy that hurt you is good enough or high standard for you. You should know how much you worth, to know that you are a worthwhile person with tons to offer who deserve to be treated well. Jennifer Lopez once said, “I have my own high standards for what I want in a partner and how I want to be treated. I bring a lot to the table. I’m not talking about material things but what I have to offer as a person love and loyalty and all the things that make a good relationship.”

Bias in Choosing Partner

As I mentioned earlier that some of you always jump into the relationship that similar to the previous one. The premise behind the relationship bias is that we tend to be attracted toward people whom we know well and to whom we know share similar interests. In many times, we do not realize that we are being biased. For example, some girls tend to look for a guy that is rich/ “gold digger”.
